Stephan (Steve) Stockberger, Jr., M.D., FACR
Dr. Stockberger received his undergraduate degree from Purdue University where he graduated with Highest Distinction. His education continued at Indiana University and includes a Medical Degree, Residency in Diagnostic Radiology, Fellowship in Abdominal Imaging, and membership of Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society.
His focus is on body imaging (chest, abdomen, and pelvis) including oncologic imaging.
Dr. Stockberger is a Diplomat of the American Board of Radiology, Fellow of the American College of Radiology, and a member of the Radiological Society of North America and American Roentgen Ray Society.
He has served as President of the Indiana Radiological Society, in state Radiological Society committees, Councilor of American College of Radiology, and as a Clinical Reviewer for the American College of Radiology Ultrasound Accreditation Program and as a Board member for Radiology of Indiana.
Prior to joining Radiology of Indiana, he practiced at Indiana University School of Medicine where he was Associate Professor and Fellowship Director of Abdominal Imaging.
Dr. Stockberger is currently serving as Community Health Network Radiology Oncology Medical Director.
Dr. Stockberger has been recognized as a “Top Doctor” by his physician peers (Indianapolis Monthly Magazine) in 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 and 2023.
