Michael Swack, M.D.

Dr. Swack received his Medical Degree from the University of Iowa. He completed a Transitional Internship at the Illinois Masonic Medical Center. Dr. Swack completed his Diagnostic Radiology Residency at Indiana University and his fellowship in Body Imaging with an emphasis in Musculoskeletal and Body MRI at Northwestern University. Dr. Swack is Board Certified by the American College of Radiology. He is also a member of the Radiological Society of America, and the American Roentgen Ray Society.
