Chelsea McCormick MSN, APRN FNP-C

Chelsea McCormick is a board certified Nurse Practitioner by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP). She received a bachelor’s degree from Purdue University and Master’s in Nursing Education from the University of Indianapolis. She completed a post Master’s Family Nurse Practitioner certificate program at Indiana State University. She has clinical experience as a Registered Nurse at an ACS Level 1 Trauma Center specializing in emergency, trauma and renal patients. Most recently she has worked with Radiology of Indiana as an interventional radiology nurse and looks forward to serving her patients and the team in a new role.  She is a member of the AANP and Emergency Nurses Association.
