Debbie Hayes, CPA

Joined ROI in 2014 and serves as the Chief Financial Officer. She is a certified public accountant (CPA) and certified information systems auditor (CISA).

Debbie earned her bachelor’s degree with a double-major in accounting and finance from Indiana University. She has more than 20 years in the accounting and auditing field with 16 years focused on the health care industry. Debbie holds memberships in the Indiana CPA Society and the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
