Nicholas Bates, M.D.

Dr. Nicholas Bates is a board-certified Neuroradiologist who joined ROI in 2023. He obtained his B.S. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Alabama, Tuscaloosa and received his medical degree from the University of Alabama, Mobile.
He spent a transitional year in Internal Medicine at the University of South Alabama College of Medicine, Mobile. Dr. Bates completed his diagnostic radiology residency at the University of Florida Shands Hospital in Gainesville. He finished his fellowship in neuroradiology at Stanford University in CA.
Dr. Bates is an active member of the American Board of Radiology, American Medical Association and American College of Physicians.
